How to Produce a Report in Primavera P6 with Baseline Details for Multiple Projects

A week ago, a question popped up in the r/primavera reddit community in which the user asked if there was a way to generate a report in Primavera P6 with details of the number of baselines in a project and these baselines assigned status. In addition, the user wanted this report to cover more than 30 active projects without having to manually check each project to extract the details. (Link to reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/primavera/comments/13xinql/report_of_project_details/)

In this YouTube video, I outlined the steps to follow to generate a Primavera P6 with the following baseline details for multiple projects (grouped by original project name, i.e., the original project on which the baseline was created).

  1. Baseline Name: This is the name of the baseline.

  2. Baseline Type: The category (as defined by an organisation) that the baseline belongs to.

  3. Data Date: The cut-off date for a baseline.

  4. Last Update Date: The date a baseline was last updated.

  5. Project Baseline:  Yes or No, where Yes means it is the assigned Project Baseline.

  6. Primary Baseline: Yes or No, where Yes means it is assigned as Primary Baseline.

  7. Secondary Baseline: Yes or No, where Yes means it is assigned as Secondary Baseline.

  8. Tertiary Baseline: Yes or No, where Yes means it is assigned as Tertiary Baseline.
